Empire Distributing
Regulate your gas fireplace flame with precise, reliable pressure control using this variable control safety valve, engineered exclusively for Crystal Fire Plus gas tables and compatible burner insert platforms. The unit delivers consistent airflow management, allowing you to safely adjust heat output without manual guesswork or erratic ignition patterns. Measuring exactly 12 inches long, 3 inches wide, and under an inch tall, this component slots directly into existing regulator housings found on 20-inch and 24-inch round burner configurations.
This listing contains only the standalone safety valve assembly. Verify your burner model before purchase, as the system uses two distinct flow ratings based on table size. Install this VCSV-S variant if your unit matches any of the following models:
- CFP20, CFP1224
- BP20RD-A, BP24RD-A, BP24S-A, BP30S-A
- BP1224-A, BP1236-A
Larger tables requiring the VCSV-L design include the CFP30, CFP2424, CFP1242, BP30RD-A, BP36RD-A, BP42RD-A, BP48RD-A, BP36S-A, BP42S-A, BP1242-A, and BP1260-A. Matching the correct valve prevents backpressure damage and maintains even flame distribution across your burner grid. Professional gas line routing and code-compliant fittings remain required for safe operation.
