Weatherproof Enclosure & Automatic Safety Controls

A patented four-sided tempered glass housing channels air through a natural venturi mechanism to sustain a focused, spiral of flame without relying on internal fans or motors. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame and primary burner, the unit resists high winds and light precipitation. An integrated gas shutoff valve automatically suppresses supply if the pilot flame unexpectedly extinguishes, preventing unsafe gas accumulation.

Industrial Ignition & Modular Configuration

Eliminate pilot failure by upgrading to the 24V AC Hot Shot™ electronic ignition system, which delivers consistent high-voltage sparks across freezing temperatures and heavy humidity. Each unit ships with the complete igniter head assembly, tempered glass panels, removable rain cap, electronic control module, main shutoff valve, and a flare reducing coupler. System operation requires connecting an external 110-24V transformer to the control board.
