Installation & Application Details

• Engineered to match factory tolerances for American Made Grills frame architectures
• Standardized large-footprint dimensions cover the main burner bank without obstructing side burner vents
• Unit mass: 13.00 lbs each, providing the inertia needed to stabilize rapid temperature swings during searing

Worn or missing grates create uneven airflow and localized hot spots that compromise cook consistency. This component snaps securely onto existing cross-members, restoring uniform surface contact and predictable flare-up management. Align the grate over the central burner manifold before lowering it into place, then confirm seating by gently testing stability with heat-resistant grip tools prior to lighting the pilot or ignition system.
