Two independently controlled, back-lit rotary knobs pair with continuous hot surface ignition to establish stable two-zone heating, letting you maintain direct searing temperatures alongside lower holding zones simultaneously. Runoff management relies on a streamlined drainage system with dual removable collection troughs that feed directly into a single accessible grease tray for quick post-cook cleanup.

Installation works directly out of the box because the internal framing matches the exact cutout dimensions of the E660i grill, eliminating the need for custom cabinetry modifications.
